REVIEW
Hey there everyone... Been a while since my last update about Katrina Hurricane. Just been busy with stuff that I just couldn't find time to update but I did have time to go catch STOMP! LIVE in Kuala Lumpur last thursday [15/09/2005]
Whose STOMP! you may ask.. Well they're a bunch of percussionists from the states that make music from non-musical instruments. As ironic as it sounds, its the fact! These guys could make music from anything and everything be it a dust-bin, pipes, kitchen sink (yeah! u got that right!), newspapers, trash cans, basketballs and the list is endless!
The best and unique thing about this group is I guess they're ability to synchronize and make musical tones from everyday objects.
STOMP! performed at the venue : Istana Budaya in KL with a major turn out. They will be performing till the 25th of September 2005.
The ticket prices ranged from RM77/- (Student) to RM250/-. I was more than pleased and satisfied with a RM.150/- ticket. I would say i got more than my money's worth. They indeed put on a great show! I was feeling the vibe even after the show finished!
If I were to describe them in a few words, I would say they were "Brilliant, Great, Excellent, Exciting, Funny and really Talented"
