ISS - International Space Station
On 22nd November, 2005, the 2 astronauts aboard the ISS, McArthur and Russian cosmonaut Valery Tokarev watched Harry Potter's newest release - The Goblet of Fire. The screening made into space on request by the Commander McArthur was enjoyed by the 2 crew members. Earlier this same month, Paul McCartney performed 2 songs for the 2 crew which was probably the world's first musical performance beamed into space. The crew is said to enjoy the US Thanksgiving holiday with irradiated smoked turkey, dehydrated green beans and a thermo-stabilised cranberry-apple dessert! (Bon Apetit!)
